$149 Service Call After 90 Days From Purchase

 
 
 

Buying furniture is a major financial purchase.  In the event that you need to return the furniture please read our return policy

  • All delivery fees are non-refundable**.  If the delivery rebate was paid $35 will be charged.

  • If we need to pick up the return furniture there will be a pick up/delivery fee charged to you $70 non-refundable .

  • J.M. Beatty Furniture will repair any manufacturer defect for a period of 90 days from sale date.

  • No returns on "Clearance" or "As Is" merchandise. 

  • All sales are final after 3 days. No refunds or returns. 

 

Warranty

Most merchandise carries a 90 day parts and labor warranty from date of purchase***.  Some manufactures carry a longer warranty for manufacture defects on specific parts.  Freight charges are not covered under warranty and must be paid by the customer. Abuse and stains voids ALL warranty.  Original receipt is required for warranty work.  

After 90 days a service fee of $149.00 plus parts, plus $35.00 pick up fee and $35.00 re-delivery fee. If the merchandise has to be returned to the manufacture for repair, you are responsible for transportation costs to and from the manufacture.  Transportation fees vary by the manufacturer. Warranties are not extended on replacement parts or replacement merchandise.  Replacement parts can take up to 8 weeks to receive. 

 

Refunds

All refunds will be given in the form of your original payment.  

 

Exchanges

Exchange or return must adhere to the manufactures policies if there is a defect.  To ensure that factory guidelines are being satisfied, merchandise will be inspected by an J.M. Beatty Furniture technician.  Any delivery charges and protection plans are not refundable or transferable.  

 

Special Orders 

Special orders are merchandise not kept in stock and custom ordered by the customer.  Any special orders require a 50% down and the balance is due on delivery.  In the event you need to cancel the order after it has been placed or you have received the merchandise;  you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and return freight fee and the balance returned back as a in-store credit.  All special order merchandise must be scheduled for delivery within 30 days of arrival to our store without incurring any storage fees.  Please call us if you have any questions.

 

Clearance / "As Is" Merchandise

All clearance or any merchandise marked "As Is" is not subject to any warranty by us or the manufacture.

There is a $50 delivery charge for all clearance items. 

 

Protection Plans

Extended warranty plans are available.  Please ask one of our team members for details.  

 

Return Checks

$50.00 charge for any returned checks.

 

Cancellations After Financing Has Been Processed

If you decide to cancel a purchase after financing has been processed, the customer will be responsible for paying the cancellation fee which is 15% of the amount that has been financed.  Cancellations after your credit card or debit card has been approved are subject to a 5% fee of what was charged.

 

Disposal Of Old Furniture

A $35.00 fee will be charged for disposal of old furniture.

Customer Loading

Due to insurance regulations we are not responsible for securing merchandise in vehicles/trailers.  We are not responsible for any damage to merchandise after leaving the store.

G. Retaining personal information

Customer Service hours: Mon.-Fri. 10am-5pm

Your furniture parts and labor are covered by the manufacture for 90 days (excludes clearance, comfort issues, wood items, "as is", floor models, tent sale, and mattresses. Contact mattress manufacture for warranty information). A $70 fee for transportation will applied to all service appointments if we need to bring your merchandise back to the store for repair and brought back to you.  $149 service call fee for for furniture that is over 90 days plus any other cost that is not included in the manufacture's warranty.
Original proof of purchase is needed for all warranties.
